Waldorf Production Update
Capricorn notes the recent disclosure by Waldorf Production UK PLC (“WPUK”) that its ultimate parent company and indirect parent company intend to appoint administrators. To the best of our knowledge, neither WPUK, nor any of the other operating companies in the group, have filed for administration.
