In advance of announcing its full year results for the year to 31 December 2025 on 26 March 2026, Capricorn provides the following update on operations and trading performance, together with 2026 guidance. This information is unaudited and subject to further review.

Capricorn notes the announcements made by Waldorf Production UK Plc (“Waldorf”) and Harbour Energy plc (“Harbour”) earlier today related to the purchase of the Waldorf group by a subsidiary of Harbour (“Transaction”).
Capricorn announces that it has received $50m from the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC).
Capricorn Energy PLC has today released its Half-yearly Results 2025.
Capricorn notes the judgment handed down on 19 August 2025 regarding Waldorf Production UK Plc’s restructuring plan under Part 26A of the Companies Act.
Capricorn intends to announce its half-year results on 18 September 2025. In advance of these results, the Company is providing an update on recent operations and the Group’s production for 2025.
Capricorn announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting put to the Annual General Meeting were passed by the requisite majority.
Randy Neely, Chief Executive of Capricorn Energy PLC, will make the following statement at the Company’s Annual General Meeting for shareholders at 10am on 22 May 2025. The Company will announce its half year results on 18 September 2025
Capricorn announces that it has been informed by the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (“EGPC”) that it has approved the consolidation of eight of the Company’s existing Egyptian concession agreements, in which it has a 50% participating interest held jointly with Cheiron Oil and Gas Limited (“Cheiron” or “the Operator”), into a new, single integrated concession agreement.
Due to the non-availability of the original venue (Hawthornden Lecture Theatre, National Gallery, The Mound, Edinburgh EH2 2EL) the venue of the 2025 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of Capricorn has changed to The Sheraton Grand Hotel, 1 Festival Square, Edinburgh EH3 9SR.
