We are aware that emails are circulating containing offers to participate in an investment opportunity relating to Capricorn Energy PLC that look like they originate from our Company.
Although these offers look to be genuine, they are fraudulent. The scam is operated by individuals or organisations that may be claiming or implying that they have some connection with Capricorn. We advise that these individuals or organisations are not connected with the Company in any way and have no authority either to claim or imply that they are. The parties involved appear to be solely targeting prospective investors based in Ghana.

- You have been asked to supply your personal details or complete a form
- You have been asked to send a payment to secure the investment opportunity
- You have been asked to click on a link directing you to a website
- This is the first time that you have received correspondence from us
